Su di me

Sarah Esther Crazzolara
Ciao a tutti!

With over a decade of experience in Vinyasa, Therapeutic Yoga, and meditation, I am dedicated to fostering holistic well-being. My expertise lies in guiding students of all levels, from beginners to seniors, both online and in-person. I am passionate about creating a balanced life that harmonizes creativity with the healing practices of yoga.
In my professional journey, I have developed a diverse skill set that includes Vinyasa and Therapeutic Yoga, as well as meditation and pranayama techniques. I am adept at providing both online and in-person instruction, catering to various age groups and abilities, including specialised sessions like chair yoga for seniors aged 80 and above. My experience as a mentor has allowed me to support new yoga students in therapeutic practices, meditation, and pranayama courses, while also assisting them in understanding traditional Himalayan yoga techniques.
Throughout my career, I have worked as a Yoga Teacher in various luxury hotels, including Prunner Luxury Suites, Hotel Cristallo, Hotel Gampen, and Hotel Madatsch, where I conduct weekly Vinyasa yoga sessions tailored to different skill levels. I also engage with the local community by offering yoga classes at venues like ASV Vetzan, customizing sessions for diverse age groups and abilities. My commitment to fostering holistic well-being is evident in my volunteer work with Traditional Yoga India, where I mentor students in their yoga journey.
In addition to my yoga expertise, I have expanded my skill set by obtaining certifications in various massage techniques, including Swedish massage, kinetic taping, sports massage, and deep tissue massage. These qualifications enable me to provide a comprehensive approach to wellness, addressing both physical and mental well-being.
I offer these massage services to enhance relaxation, alleviate tension, and support recovery for individuals of all activity levels. Whether you are seeking relief from muscle soreness, preparing for a sports event, or simply looking to unwind, my tailored massage sessions are designed to meet your specific needs. My commitment to holistic health ensures that each client receives personalized attention and care, fostering an environment of healing and rejuvenation.
I am fluent in English and Italian, and I am a native German speaker, which allows me to connect with a wide range of individuals. My passion lies in sharing the transformative power of yoga and mindfulness, helping others cultivate balance, resilience, and joy in their lives.
